our club will have a team at the Barnes Nature Center Spring Fair + a team packing meals at John Kennedy Middle School in Plantsville. Sign-up sheets will circle next week. This year we will pack 15,000 meals + they will be sent to Ukraine.

1 manager is needed daily, several people are needed for set up, and several for the takedown. Any gaps will be filled by the city + city council
City gave $5k, mostly for marketing.
Most money from sponsors
The hospital donates parking lot & liability insurance to be counted as sponsor.
ACTION ITEM: Jim will send a list of contacts with names & companies for people to select who to reach out to.
Vendors charged $125, including porta potty.

Mark McGregor joined the board to fill in the seat vacated by Angelique
Financial review completed at the request of bondholder (insurance). Came back successfully
Validated 7 new scholarships plus 1 Reiche scholarship & 30 renewals
This year, 2 BEHS, 1 Southington, 2 Lewis mills, 1 St Paul, 1 BCHS
Will be notified this week or next by Scholarship America
Portfolio value dropped about $1m last year so we only selected 7 new scholarships
