Operation Ergency

* Set to open December 2021 - Great way to celebrate 100th anniversary!   Dec 7, 1921 – 1st patient 

* 10,000 naming opportunities (see flyer in the link below)

* Pledges can be paid out over a 4 year period (see flyer in the link below)

 

* Consider a donation to the campaign – huge donor wall $100 or more 

* 5 rooms dedicated to pediatric patients – comfort carts - I pads, games to play,  5 comfortable rooms just for pediatrics patients

 

* Look out for video – launching at the end of April – May 

* Everyone will get a letter 

 

Phase 1 – behavioral health unit is complete 

Phase 2 – road work took a while + IT dept - complete

Phase 3 – on track for glass tower – Dec 2021 – move into that parcel – renovate to match – fall 2022

Mother's Day Flower Sale - Pick up of flowers will be May 7  + 8 (flyer below) We will need helpers on both dates. 
Payments and forms are due back by April 23rd - we have 2 weeks!

Save the date - May 15th Electonic recycling at Indian rock - old TVs, computers, old wiring, microwaves, etc. 

Grand re-opening of Barnes nature center - May 22nd  - Spring Fair - public will have to pre-register - walk-in allowed on a limited basis.  

Scholarship applications are in the hands of Scholarship America - they will send a list of winners to Jim on April 19th - Scholarship meeting to follow.  The tentative date for scholarship lunch/dinner - Sunday, June 13th
