It is with the great pleasure that I announced to you, our newest Rotarian, Miss Cassandra Watson, and her sponsor Heather Chirumbolo. Cassandra brings with her a tremendous amount of enthusiasm for helping others, and we are looking forward to all the great things she will contribute to our club.
Important
Starting our new fiscal year on July 1, we need to put in place a new Scholarship Board. Below are those members that are on the board currently. Hopefully you will all stay. What we need you to do is, any and all members (even if you are currently on the Board) that want to be on the Scholarship Board moving forward, please reach out to Heather ASAP..
Our meeting on Tuesday, July 14 will be an abbreviated meeting so we could spend most of the time discussing the new policies we want to implement for our scholarship. It's really important that everybody attend so we can get your input.
Scholarship Board Members are as follows

Our beliefs
This MumAThon flyer has a UPC code that will take you to our registration page. If you can make copies of this page and put it out in businesses that you know would be a great help. Time is starting to run short and we really need to start to promote.
Above is a copy of our sponsorship letter for the MumAthon race. Again, please make copies and use it to help you secure your sponsors whether those are cash sponsors or raffle sponsors or bag items such as candies ,iced teas, pens, cups, etc..
Don't forget to get your tickets for this year's Hartford Yard Goats game on August 1.
If you get there when the gates open at 4:30, you'll have an opportunity to go onto the field and be part of presenting the giant American Flag.
It's always been a fun day. There will be a firework show at the end of the game.
The flyer above gives you the site online where you can purchase your tickets.
We will have a guest speaker at our July 28 meeting. She is the Executive Director of the Carousel Museum, Jenny O'Connor.
I'm hoping that we will all be able to make this meeting.
