Guest Speaker, Brianna from BBGC, Our Holiday Party + Upcoming Pail Shake
Brianna 2021 Boys and Girls Club National Youth of The Year was our Guest Speaker. 
Bristol is home to the only back-to-back youth of the year - last year Josias R
Brianna started coming to the club at age 9.  She was anxious, didn't know what she was doing, BBGC became her 2nd family, joined the robotics program. 
Became comfortable with the staff - now runs some of the programs with other members
Being part of the club has helped her with Essays, Public speaking, anxiety.   Along with being a full-time student at Central CT State University (funded by BBGC - 72K) - she mentors children at the club

Tamara gave us a quick update - 
All programs are up and running
Enrollment at an All-time high
West street Drop-in program
All sports back up and running: basketball, wrestling, volleyball, before and after school care, Cambridge Park
programs providing emotional support, youth development
Holiday Party / Past Presidents Night at Marylin's Pub was Festive & Fun
Olcott was awarded the Paul Harris Fellow Award - pinned by Angelique - very special
We thanked Patti for her year as President.  Patti shared a Bristol Rotary Past President Video - amazing!  (insert picture here of Patti)
Yankee swap was a blast - popular traded items this year: rachet straps + stuffed reindeer

Mary- sad she missed the party, she was busy staffing the BARC dance, in charge of Playlist, speakers + snacks
BARC had mayor visit yesterday, sent him lunch to go from Hidden Cafe, BIG thank you to Patti, she delivered wreath to husband, appreciate that!

Les, echo Lee's comment, happy to be in the same room as Brianna, happy Dale is back + out of one of his jobs

Dale -  Load off shoulders, consumed time, a challenge to go from city attorney to private practice,
wife has had health issues, thankful for Bristol Health, mother doing well, going to PA, looking forward to a better new year

Bob, Happy for Friday nights party, interesting grab bag, nephew benefiting from what he received,  Sad Dale has to work for a living, happy holidays,  good health to all

Dave,  happy to see Dale, happy Les is here, happy to meet Brianna, great representative, Youth of the year - 2 years in a row - so great!

Nicole, happy for Brianna, 1st time at mtg, thank you for your support
